De huursom wordt berekend per week.
- Voorschot van 20 % à 25 % te betalen bij boeking
- Saldo + waarborg van 250 à 1000 te betalen 40 dagen voor aankomst
- De waarborg wordt teruggestort een week na uw schadeloos verblijf
- Check-in vanaf 15:00u, of zoals afgesproken.
- Check-out voor 10:00u of volgens afspraak.
Indien u een annulatie-verzekering wenst af te sluiten, dan kunt u hiervoor terecht bij uw verzekeringsmakelaar.
Bij annulering gelden de volgende voorwaarden:
- tot 40 dagen voor aankomst 20 % van de huursom
- vanaf de 39 ste tot de 15 de dag voor aankomst 50 % van de huursom
- vanaf de 14 ste tot de 1 ste dag voor aankomst 90 % van de huursom
- vanaf 24 u voor aankomst of bij ‘no-show’ 100 % van de huursom
Geen mondelinge annulaties toegestaan. Enkel per e-mail, gebruik het contact-formulier a.u.b.
Elk huis heeft een zwembad, let goed op uw kleine kinderen!!
Voordat u vertrekt, vragen wij u om:
- De vaatwas te doen en al het keukengerei terug op z’n plaats te leggen.
- De Barbecue terug af te leveren in dezelfde staat zoals hij zich bevond bij uw aankomst.
- Al het linnen te verzamelen op één plaats.
- Verwijder zelf regelmatig het afval en stort het in de groene containers langs de straten. Laat geen afval achter.
Huisdieren zijn toegestaan enkel in Huis 1 Andorinhas do mar.
In alle huizen is het verboden binnen te roken.
Zalig Algarve noch de individuele verhuurder(s) aanvaarden geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor de gevolgen van eventuele ongelukken e.d. tijdens uw verblijf in Portugal en in het bijzonder in en rondom het huis en het zwembad, door welke omstandigheden dan ook veroorzaakt. Overige: Wij adviseren u een degelijke reis- en annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. Door uw ondertekening, boeking en aansluitende betaling van de huurprijs verklaart u zich akkoord met bovenstaande voorwaarden.

Each house has a swimming pool, pay close attention to your small children !!
Before you leave, we ask you to:
