De huursom wordt berekend per week.

  • Voorschot van 25 à 30 % te betalen bij boeking
  • Saldo + waarborg van 250 à 1000 te betalen 40 dagen voor aankomst
  • De waarborg wordt teruggestort een week na uw schadeloos verblijf
  • Check-in vanaf 15:00u à 17:00, afhankelijk van het huis dat u huurt.
  • Check-out voor 10:00u of volgens afspraak.

Indien u een annulatie-verzekering wenst af te sluiten, dan kunt u hiervoor terecht bij uw verzekeringsmakelaar.
Bij annulering gelden de volgende voorwaarden:

  1.  tot 40 dagen voor aankomst 20 % van de huursom
  2.  vanaf de 39 ste tot de 15 de dag voor aankomst 50 % van de huursom
  3.  vanaf de 14 ste tot de 1 ste dag voor aankomst 90 % van de huursom
  4.  vanaf 24 u voor aankomst of bij ‘no-show’ 100 % van de huursom

Geen mondelinge annulaties toegestaan. Enkel per e-mail, gebruik het contact-formulier a.u.b.

Elk huis heeft een zwembad, let goed op uw kleine kinderen!!

Voordat u vertrekt, vragen wij u om:

  • De vaatwas te doen en al het keukengerei terug op z’n plaats te leggen.
  • De Barbecue terug af te leveren in dezelfde staat zoals hij zich bevond bij uw aankomst.
  • Al het linnen te verzamelen op één plaats.
  • Verwijder zelf regelmatig het afval en stort het in de groene containers langs de straten. Laat geen afval achter.

Huisdieren zijn toegestaan enkel in Huis 1 Andorinhas do mar.

In alle huizen is het verboden binnen te roken.

Zalig Algarve BV noch de individuele verhuurder(s) aanvaarden enige aansprakelijkheid voor de gevolgen van eventuele ongelukken, schade aan of diefstal van persoonlijke eigendommen,  tijdens uw verblijf in Portugal en in het bijzonder in en rondom het huis en het zwembad, door welke omstandigheden dan ook veroorzaakt.
Overige: Wij adviseren u een degelijke reis- en annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten, raadpleeg uw bank of uw makelaar.
Door uw boeking en aansluitende betaling van de huurprijs verklaart u zich akkoord met bovenstaande voorwaarden.

ELK ZWEMBAD, WAAR DAN OOK, IS LEVENSGEVAARLIJK VOOR KINDEREN EN VOLWASSENEN DIE SLECHT OF NIET KUNNEN ZWEMMEN, DOOR BIJ ONS TE BOEKEN VERKLAART U ZELF ALLE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID TE NEMEN VOOR ALLE ZWEMBAD ONGELUKKEN VAN AL UW GASTEN DIE TIJDENS UW HUURPERIODE IN OF ROND UW GEHUURD HUIS ZIJN.

The rentalprice is calculated per week.

  • Advance payment of 25% à 30% to be paid at the booking
  • Balance + security from 250 € to 1000 € to be paid 40 days before arrival
  • The security-deposit will be refunded one week after your harmless stay
  • Check-in from 3 pm or by appointment.
  • Check-out before 10 am or by appointment.

If you wish to take a cancellation insurance, you can contact your insurance broker for this.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Pets are allowed only in House 1 Andorinhas do mar.

In all houses it is forbidden to smoke inside.

Neither Zalig Algarve BV nor the individual landlord(s) accept any liability for the consequences of any accidents, damage to or theft of personal belongings, during your stay in Portugal and in particular in and around the house and the swimming pool, caused by any circumstances whatsoever.
Other: We advise you to take out a proper travel and cancellation insurance, consult your bank or your broker.
By booking and subsequently paying the rental price, you agree to the above conditions.

EVERY SWIMMING POOL, ANYWHERE, IS DEATHLY DANGEROUS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO CANNOT SWIM OR HAVE POOR SWIMMING SKILLS , BY BOOKING WITH US YOU DECLARE TO TAKE ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL SWIMMING POOL ACCIDENTS FOR ALL YOUR GUESTS DURING YOUR RETAL-PERIOD OF YOUR RENTED HOUSE.
